About CourseWelcome to my 30 day quest! The course is comprised of 5 Modules, each one for a different area in our life, while each module has 4-6 shorter sessions, including knowledge that I have been gathering for the past 20 years, tools that works to improve your daily life, and meditations. It is not a meditation course, but rather uses different types of meditation to heal ourselves and at the end, develop your own daily centering routine.

MY own personal quest started outside, looking for answers, but led me deep within myself. On my Journey, I have been studying and practicing Yoga, Meditation, Channeling, and Healing with some of the best teachers in the world. I have been teaching and supporting, mainly women, in all life stages, through my classes, workshops and retreats. I will remind you how to take the reins of your life back to your own two hands, how to find your center, using simple tools, and tailor your own daily centering routine, to become more balanced, happier, healthier, and more fulfilled in all aspects of your life. During these 30 short daily sessions together, I will introduce you with simple breath work, meditation and concentration techniques, tools that she created, and knowledge she has gathered throughout her long journey within.

Overview of the Workshop:
The workshop is comprised from 5 Modules, for different areas in our life and each Module has 4-6 shorter sessions including sharing knowledge, tools and meditations

Liat was born and raised in Israel. She moved to Georgia 6 years ago. She’s a bilingual Yoga and Meditation teacher and a Yoga Therapist and owns a Yoga and Awareness Studio in Johns Creek, GA and Awareness Space. She taught hundreds of women, in all life stages, in her classes, workshops and retreats. She is a master of balancing Matter and Spirit and does that by offering Real Estate Investment services and managing her own real estate portfolio. Liat has been studying and practicing Yoga, Meditation, Healing for over 20 years and her goal, is to share her life’s experience, the love and the light with as many women as possible around the globe.
